pages granularity

What is the best level of granularity:

for instnace in the case of pages.js, and a paged about a recipe of paged.js

html2print page list all the tools

each tool has its own page which contains links and a table of content of all the pages that are tagged paged.js

Or do we want a page of tool with all the links? and nothing more?
